Question pc wont turn on after overclock gpu

Hi
I just overclocked gpu from 1100Mhz to 1300Mhz and now my pc wont turn on.
Overclocking of CPU and RAM I did in BIOS. Overclocking of GPU I did in ryzen master. After overclock monitor lost signal, nothing special but then pc turned off. When I turn it on it instantly turn off.

MOTHERBOARD: ASROCK B450 PRO4
CPU: RYZEN 3 2200G
PSU: BEQUIET 500W

So I cleaned the BIOS and the pc turned on. Now I don't know if I should try overclocking that gpu again. Do you think the graphics just didn't make it, or there was a collision between ryzen master and BIOS. I have read that overclocking in both can cause a collision. A few people came with my GPU without upgrading to 1400Mhz.
