pc wont turn on after shutdown

pc wont turn on after shutdown.
I really need help! When it leaves me turn on, my pc dont have any problems, the last time its work more than 10 days without shutdown, all days rendering. This ever was a problem and i always fix it with a bios reset, but i want to understand why happen this, its like the CPU lock the motherboard after shutdown, becouse the motherboard cant pass CPU Red light, i changed all, CPU, psu, ram, Water cooling, and vga, and the problem persist. I hope you can help. Sorry my english, im from Chile.

Test turning it on, then off. Each time unplug a different component, then try turning it on again. If it still doesn't come on, unplug a different component. Do it until it comes on, or you are left with the motherboard, cpu and, psu. If you are left with those four and it still doesn't come on, the problem lies with one of those.

Also make sure you disconnect the case and start the motherboard with a screwdriver by shorting the power pins.

Borrow a psu off someone. Test only one stick of ram if you have two or use spare ram.

The CPU is less likely to fail than the motherboard.

It's just a case of faulty component elimination and it has to be tested one part at a time.

I did it, but still the same problem , remains stuck in the red light of cpu , as if not recognize it, but , how I use the pc 10 days in a row without any problem? now I cant go resetting the bios .

Sounds like the motherboard is faulty then.
