Put pc to sleep. Won't Power on.
The internal power botton is lit but that's it. Tried removing everything and still nothing.
Tried clearing cmos with both button and jumper, removing the battery, no effect.
Tested with a different PSU with no change so I know it's not that. This is the 2nd time this happens, last time connecting the 2nd PSU fixed it and then I went back to my main PSU (also after sleep).
HELP!

I7 7700k
Both about a month old.
Seasonic 650w gold (less then a year old)
Not listing anything else since this happens with everything else disconnected
