Question Pc wont turn on after thunderstorm

Hello there and sorry for bad english
Im having a problem with a gaming pc untel i5 that im having since last friday
There was a tgunder storm which made electeicity in all my area and i can even say city to fall (electric board in my house needed to be turnes again)
In saturday i turned my computer and it worked fine and i turned on a android emulator for a couple of hours
After that when i opened a youtube video the computer crashed

And every time i turn it on i get a lot of short beeps for a about 10 or 15 seconds and it reboots again

Btw the computer is pluged to electricity with a thing that saves from thunder bolts
Wanted to know if you can help what is the problem and how to solve it

And include the make and model information for that "thing" (likely a surge protector) between wall outlet and computer.

you have to look up the motherboard beep code to see what the computer thinks the problem is.
here is a list of some: google pc beep codes with your machines vendors name
Computer POST and beep codes (computerhope.com)

power surges can break the actual surge protector so also check connecting to a wall outlet.

check for a reset switch on the surge protector also
