Hi guys,
Today I upgraded Asus b560m plus bios, and all went well, after logged in Windows I noticed on task manager that Virtualization is Disabled and Hyper-v says Supported. So, first I revisited Windows Features panel to make sure that Hyper-v is not enabled which might have caused Virtualization to get disabled. But that was not the case, hyperv was unchecked also the other Hypervisor platforms, I always use Vt-x so I know how things shou be.
So, next I restart pc to enable Vt-x in bios, and after saving changes Pc would normally shut down once but then it won't start anymore, it just gives a short signal as it powering on but doesn't proceeds further, it remains powered off.

Solution
hi its me the sme person, but now im writing from my PC

which i think i fixed it thank God.

Removed both hard disks/SSD's, and re-flashed BIOS again with usb, without any hard disk connected, believe it or not it flashed so fast comparing when i did with hard disk's connected to Moherboard.

after the bios flash was completed, normally pc will shut down and power on itself again into bios, so i changed bios settings like turned vt-x on, and tpm to firmware, saved chanegs and again pc will shut down and restart to bios, thne i turned pc off via power button on PC, and connected hard drives, turned PC on and all things are working now and bios changes are effective.
i hope this helps someone else too.

Reset CMOS should be in your motherboard manual or bunch of guides online.

Edit you will get different opinions on this but mine is if it's not broke don't try to fix it by updating the BIOS.

Hi Zerk, thank you so much for your reply.
You're right, if I knew this would happen I wouldn't update bios to its newer version at all!

I removed cmos battery, and then after a while inserted it back, pc boots to bios settings and then I just exit not doing any changes leaving default settings, it boots to Windows.
So, I restart pc, went back again to Bios settings to enable vt-x thinking that now would work, and the same thing happened again, I also downgrade the bios version as it was hours before today but that didn't helped either to resolve thus issue.
Right now, after cmos reset, I am able to log into windows of course without Vt-x anymore, and I need it daily thus feature.
I would appreciate if someone knows a solution, or inform me what could be causing this, is something wrong with mobo or cpu all of sudden? They both are new, like 3-4 months old.

I will post in another section to try to get you help as running that is not one of my strong points.

Thanks, and I just confirmed something, I think isn't about Vt-x, if any changes are made to bios config, upon save/exit,this issue manifesting, resulting pc not to post.
