Question PC won't turn on and EZ Debug LED for CPU is on after Green Screen of Death

I'm running Windows 11 Dev and have updated to latest last week. After that I encountered GSoD two days ago when I tried to shut down my PC, later it worked fine.
Today I was playing a game and suddenly PC crashed into GSoD. After that I tried changing CMOS, changed RAM slots or only with one RAM etc. But nothing so far has worked for me.

Everytime I turn on, only the fans are running and the EZ Debug on MSI Mobo stays on (white color) on the CPU indicator. Any idea what is causing the issue?

1. CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
2. GPU: MSI RX 6500 XT MECH 2X 4GB OC
3. RAM: Corsair Vengeance 3000MHz 2x8GB DDR4 (CMK8GX4M1D3000C16)
4. MoBo: Msi B450M Pro M2 V2 (mATX)
5. PSU: Corsair VS450
6. CPU Cooler: AMD Wraith Spire Cooler

Have you tried booting with no drives connected to see if you can get into the BIOS?
You did not list the drives in your PC.
