PC won't turn on and no beeps

Help!

PC won't turn on and no beep sound.
Power supply is okay, CPU fan working motherboard led is on.

I tried the RAM to other PC it's okay, I tried the hard disk on another PC with the same specs it works, same with the power supply. It could be that the motherboard has the problem??

It's possible, or a connection. It would help to know the system specs too.
