[SOLVED] Pc won't turn on anymore

Computer won't turn on anymore. Sometimes I can get a second or two of power then the relay in the psu clicks and it shuts off. It's only outputting 4 volts as well. Not really a computer guy, more of an electrician, so this is the extent of my knowledge. Any other ideas?

No. It will either
A. Stay off until I press On again
B. Will not turn on again at all

I managed to get it to boot up and it's still operational now. I wasn't sure if maybe it was the mobo but if the PC still works then it must be the PSU right?

Generaly your computer will not stay on if the PSU is faulty, in most cases, a faulty PSU will cause your computer to go into a shutdown and restart loop, or will not power up at all.

Is it still running? does it randomly shut down?
