[SOLVED] PC won't turn on (faulty motherboard?)

This is my first time using this forum so forgive me if I'm posting this thread in the wrong section, I will delete it immediately if it is.

First off, here are the specs:

Case | [Fractal Design Meshify C ATX Mid Tower Case]
Power Supply | [EVGA SuperNOVA G3 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply]

I built this PC over a year ago and had no issues with it until now. The problem is in the title, the computer will not turn on. There are signs of life as the motherboard does flash the usual RGB lights whenever the power supply is on; however, I looked into the owner's manual to see if the lights meant anything and found that it didn't.

I've checked to see if everything was plugged into the motherboard correctly/properly, disassembled the computer to clean every part, attempted to jump the motherboard, and replaced the power supply.

Any help/solutions y'all could give me, I would really appreciate it.

Running over a year with 3600MHz memory.

Looks to be something that's heavily overclocked. In case you didn't know, overclocking uses higher voltages and higher temps than normal. You may have burned out a component on the motherboard.
