Pc wont turn on ! HELP!

So since last month my computer wont turn on properly.

If i start it up it gives the code 00.

Only when I quickly press the power button of the power supply off and on it does turn on.

Asus ranger mobo
i7 4790k.


I already tried resetting the bios settings.

Could be a faulty switch on the PSU. If it works when you turn it off and on
