Hi People!

I come to you this time because i need help with a frustrating problem with my new build, and the problem is:

Few das ago i disconected my computer to install a new HDD and apply some thermal paste to the cpu, everything was ok for just one day when i found my PC turned off (i was away for a few mins and wasnt electrical failure) and when i turn on the pc it turned of auto and wont turn on again, just after i turned off/on the psu i could star os normaly... but after a few mins i got a message from the mobo saying "WARNING +3.3V voltage 3.672V" after that few mins later the pc turned off and wont start again...

I tried checking the connections and everything looks ok, even the leds from the mobo and gpu are turned on... but wont turn the PC, also tried the paper clip to test PSU and its ok...

Please help!! i dont know what to do, i'm a noob on hardware PC so theres maybe something more to to do beyond my knowledge
