Question PC wont turn on unless I take out the power supply and put it back in

for the past 2 weeks, my PC is not turning on unless I take out the power supply and plug it back in, and then take out the cord and plug it back in. Anyone know a fix???

List the Make and model number of your PSU unit...Which brand is it ? Also, which GPU are you having ? How many 6 or 8-PIN PCIe connectors does the card require ?
