Question PC wont turn on when I add new RAM sticks.

So I ordered 2 G-Skill RipJaws V for my pc (already have 2 of them in my pc) and when I put them in and start up the computer, everything but the monitor and keyboard works. When I remove the 2 new ones everything works just fine. What am I doing wrong?

what are the ram speed?
return the new kit and get 2x16gb kit

did you place the ram according to the color(grey with grey, black with black) cuz you can't put em next to each other
