Question Pc wont turn on with GPU (2060 super)

I am using 2060 super GPU from the past 2 years. Never had an issue. But recently i was playing a game (mafia DE) and the pc stopped suddenly and it never turned on again with GPU. I fixed my card (which had a slight short on it). Now the issue is I tried 2 different GPUs but the pc freezes i.e the fan won't start the whole system never responds to the power button.. please help me with this issue

My Specs:
Motherboard : Asus z390
Processor : i7 9700k
Ram : 16 Gb
PSU: 750 W Gold

I don't think, it's so easy to fix such damage. Underlying damage, that caused it probably is not fixed at all.
Also some other part may have been damaged also, when card got damaged.

You're looking into extensive diagnostics and probable replacement of multiple parts - motherboard, psu, less likely - cpu also.

What model PSU is that? (info on label printed on PSU)

It was an unexpected event while I was playing a game it randomly happened.. I didn't spill anything on it .. without the GPU everything works fine and the PSU is from PM 750 ATX

So - with integrated GPU everything works fine, but when you use any discrete graphics card, then you get issues?
Is that correct?

What model motherboard? (Asus z390 is not a full model name) Does it have multiple PCIE slots?
Try graphics card in a different PCIE slot.
Do not use damaged graphics card anymore. It may have damaged PCIE slot.
