PC won't turn on with GPU installed

Hello,
I have been using an EVGA GTX 960 since may of 2015 and my PC always worked fine.
Today, while I was using my PC, it stopped working, everything turned off, except the lights. When I tried turning it off using the button it didn't worked even when holding it down for 20 seconds and I unplugged it. Now, when hte GPU is intalled and I tried to boot it up, the light flahes for half a second and then nothing else happens afterwards if it is not unplugged and pluged again. When the GPI is uninstalled, the computer works fine.

OS - Windows 10
CPU- AMD a-10 5700 APU
GPU - GTX 960
PSU - XFX TS 550w
MOBO - MSI MS-7778 (Jasmine)

Can you test the GPU in another setup?

The GPU is broken, get a new one. If I were you, I'd get a 1050 ti.
