I recently bought two new sticks of ram, 2x4gb ddr3 1333mhz, i choose 1333mhz because the one in the PC is 2gb ddr3 1333mhz...When I add the new ram, even alone or with the old the pc turns on but doesnt send image to the monitor and then shuts off, and powers up itself and it loops like that forever...

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

You also want to make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard. Next, pass on a link tot he rams you've purchased.

@AngelTech, the ram that was previously in the system was a single stick of DDR3 rated to run at 1333MHz.

Did you check the connectors? They can be covered by some dust or dirt, if not did you clip them in the correct way? And in the correct slots?

If that doesnt work, have you checked on another PC that it works?
No dust or anything. I didnt check them on another pc , but i think they work because last year I took my friends 8gb just to try if i can upgrade it to 8 gb ,and i had the same issue

Ram brand is transcend
but this pc id says to be filled with O.E.M http://prntscr.com/o6f80g

I think you might want to check out some less heavier ram or some even heavier. As i read, it says:

  1. 4 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 64 GB of system memory
  2. * Due to a Windows 32-bit operating system limitation, when more than 4 GB of physical memory is installed, the actual memory size displayed will be less than the size of the physical memory installed.
    * The maximum 64 GB of system memory can be supported using 16 GB (or above) memory modules. GIGABYTE will update the memory support list on the official website when the memory modules are available on the market.
  3. Dual channel memory architecture
  4. Support for DDR3 2400(OC)/2133/1866/1600/1333 MHz memory modules
  5. Support for AMD Memory Profile (AMP)/Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) memory modules
(Please refer "Memory Support List" for more information.)

Yes , tried everything

The problem is most likely to be that you are running a 64x bit system.
