PC won't turn on

I just got all my pc parts together, all was looking good until I tried to turn it on.
When I press the switch on my PSU all the fans boot up and the lights on the front panel and GPU go on, but after about 2 seconds everything goes off apart from the idle LED on my GPU.

Here are my specs.
Intel i5 4690k
Asus gtx 970 4GB (itx model)
Gigabyte GA Z97N Gaming 5
HyperX Fury 2x4GB
Silverstone SG13
Silverstone SX500LG 500W
Corsair AF140 Fan

Im really stuck on what to do I've taken it apart and put it back together a few times now and it hasn't changed it at all.

Any advice would be helpful.

Hi, If removing the graphics card, leaving single RAM module installed and starting the board, do the fans spin without stopping?
