PC won't turn on?

Hi. So earlier I replaced my hard drive and removed a fan. All of the power was off but I left the chord in the psu. Now my pc won't turn on, when I press the power there is a tick from inside but nothing happens. Lights are on on my mobo and gpu but nothing else. What did I do wrong?

You did nothing wrong in theory, but you may have unseated connections, damaged components etc? Is an almost endless list of possibilities. Do u have any more info? Specs? Etc
