Pc won't turn on

So I recently put together my first pc and when I turn on the power nothing happens. All that I can see is getting power for sure is the led on the case showing that there is power and for a brief second my keyboard lights will go on but quickly shut off. Other than that there's no fans spinning, nothing. Please help

Try testing the power supply: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FWXgQSokF4
See if a fan connected to it does spin.
Try also clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for a minute).
