PC wont turn on?

My powersupply isnt responding to any boot ups. After I’ve installed a new water cooler my pc wont even turn on.

Any Ideas why this happend?

Need more details. at the very least, did you test the psu to make sure it has power?

Is everything plugged in including the fpanel.

Yes everything was plugged in, I did do a power test and it does have power. This was when I disconnected the motherboards power cable from the PSU.
