Pc wont turn on

PC wont turn on, All the lights turn on but the gpu. The ez debug is on the cpu not detected. it takes me around 10 tries every day to get the display to work

Sorry for late response.
GPU: GTX 1060 6gb (Ocv1) single fan
CPU: i5-7600k Kraby Lake
Motherboard: MSI B250 Kraits Gaming
Ram: 8gb kinda old. One stick (ballistix)
Psu: 550w Corsair silver.
Hdd: extremely old. Makes loud noises

Take the gpu out of the build and see if you can start windows normally plugged into the iGPU.
