PC won't turn on

so i was playin witcher 3 again.. and suddenly pc shutdown and it wont turn on the power light is blinking i opened the case and pressed power button for a while so blinking will stop after that when i press power the gpu and cpu fans spins for like half a second and stops..

i5-2500k
gtx 670
375 psu
8gb ram

First you can try to remove one by one RAM module and try to start PC. If this is dont work then you can check CPU cooler is he fixed properly. If he move when you try to shake it then fix this and try to start PC again.

If all options failed then you can try to check voltage on PSU, +-5% is OK.
