PC wont turn on

I built a PC with an ASRock Z390 Taichi Intel I5 9600k CORSAIR, RM650x, 650 Watt, 80+ Gold Certified 2x8GB of ram (CMW16GX4M2D3000C16). I have tried everything. Cleaning the ram slots, checking if bent pins (none), Loosing the motherboard from the case, Taking it out of the case but still having the power button from the case attached to it (Cause it doesnt have a power button). I hope anyone can give me answers... (Its not the power supply because I previously had an Asus Z390 Prime motherboard and it turned on but it didnt work correctly because it had bent pins).

there isnt much to go on from what u have said but try jumping the motherboard instead of the power button. also is there a discrete gpu?

have tried switching the RAM to a different stick?
