Question PC Wont Turn On

Hello I recently built a new computer and currently have a problem with it turning on, whenever I turn it on the the power button turns blue for a split second and the motherboard stays this orange amber colour yes i have turned on the power supply and have checked if everything is pluged in properly. Im thinking of getting it repaired but this might save money thanks.

can you describe exactly what happens when you turn the pc on?
e.g: are the fans spinning? does is show any display on the screen?

Check all the connections again make sure that none of them are loose and try reseating the ram again and also post your specs of your system.

no fans were spinning nothing on display nothing turns on idk how to exactly explain it

i have checked all connections there are molex cables and there is a cable that gives power to hdd and ssds i already have plugged in but there are extra i tried reseting ram and did not work.
