[SOLVED] Pc wont turn on

Hello. Me again with dumb question. I switched to new mobo/cpu (ryzen 7 2700x and b450 m-a motherboard) however my pc wont power on. I can see ethernet cable lights but not anything more. Any idea how to diagnose what is wrong?
