Question Pc won't turn on

I was using my pc when out of nowhere it just turned off and now it won't even turn on anymore. At first a assumed that PSU got fried but there is no bad smell coming from PSU or any other components. What could be the problem?
Edit: now when I press my start button a red light flashes

I bought the pc as a prebuild so mine PSU is a generic no name China one with no 80 plus certification

Looked up your PSU. It's used by a company called 'Spire'. It is a no name PSU selling for about $25 US (if the conversion app is correct). I think it's safe to say it's junk and you should replace it right away regardless if it fixes your problem or not...but it likely will. A good quality 500-600 watt PSU would work fine for your system.
