pc won't turne ON

Hi
My pc was running perfectly untill now i turned it off and when i press the button ON he just flash a red light on cpu on the motherboard and turned OFF rapidly . i have MSI H110M pro-VD and I3 6100 .
what can i do to fix this please . thanks

Simplest possibility first - is it possible that your power supply is shot? Do you know how to test it?
