I've just factory resetted my pc (Lenovo Y50), and it seems like whatever I do, it uses the integrated graphics card (Intel HD 4400), and not the nvidia card (GTX 860m). In CSGO, I get from 40-100 fps with an average of 70-80 which is way too low for a gtx 860m on low/medium settings.

I've gone into the Nvidia Control Panel and chosen the nvidia graphics card and all as the main card aswell as I've spesifically chosen csgo to run with the 860m, but doesnt seem to help...
And yes I've reinstalled the drivers and I've also tried multiple drivers :(

Any help would be appriciated!

PCandConsoles I recommend getting the tools GPU-Z and Heaven Benchmark and checking to see whether the 860M really is capable of being utilized by the system.
https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/
https://unigine.com/products/benchmarks/heaven/

In GPU-Z, make sure you can select the 860M under the drop down menu at the bottom, click on the sensors tab, and then start the Heaven Benchmark, preferably in windowed mode so you can monitor GPU-Z. After the benchmark comes up, all of those sensors should start to register increased "everything". If they don't then something is definitely wrong!

I'm 100% sure that the GPU is detected by the system and all... I just wonder how I can use the nvidia gpu as the main gpu for games and not the hd 4400

Change the following setting in NVIDIA Control Panel:
