Hello Tom's community.

I have an issue where I cannot wake up my computer after it sleeps by the normal means, ie keyboard or mouse input. Also reset on my case will not work. But, if I turn off my power supply for 5 seconds then turn it back on, the pc responds and wakes up. Im not sure what could cause this, usb issue? I don't know where to start troubleshooting this. I am looking for any suggestions. I am running windows 10. Thanks in advance.

Solution
This sounds more like a hardware problem rather than a software one. I would suggest getting another powers supply (from a friend;old pc) and checking if that is the problem. If it is not the continue testing your parts until you find out which was causes the problem. Hope you succeed!
