Pc won't work after reapplying thermal grease

I decided to apply new thermal grease on my asus X5QS and did everything accorrding to tutorials but once I've put it back togheter and started it up only my on/off buttons turns on.

I can hear the fan work too but I get a blackscreen I tried to connect my laptop to a external monitor but nothing sometimes it just beeps once and turns off.

Sounds like something may have pulled loose or not reattached correctly

got it to work thanks my cpu wasn't connect properly now I got it to work, hopefully everything works fine :[]
