PC won't work

My recently built computer has been problematic for some time. For example, I tried overclocking my ryzen but it would crash my PC so I decided not to. However, I noticed that if I left the bios, it would crash regardless. Then the other day, I noticed that GeForce experience says I only have 4 gbs of ram when I have 8gb installed. So I decided to take it out and put it back in. Then he'll went loose. Now my PC won't boot, non of my cables get powered, and there is no signal. It says on my msi mobo ezdebug that my CPU and my ddram are not working because of it's lights. And no, I never unsafely oc anything.

My specs are
GTX 1050ti
Ryzen 3 1200
8 gb (2x4gb)
Evga 500w
Msi B350 mobo

Get all the bios setting back to default, i.e. do a cmos reset on the mobo.

I already tried resetting cmos. No luck
