Usually cpu fans start spinning when i press start button but now nothing happens,I'm just wondering what could have happened that it suddenly doesn't work when it worked yesterday without any problems.

Power surges can happen at any time. Is your computer plugged into a power bar or is it plugged directly into the wall?

Sometimes unplugging and plugging in while switching the on off button a few times can reset a power supply and get it working again. I have seen some cheap power supplies that have eliminated the on off switch. Sometimes it is simply dead. Are other things plugged in to the same outlet getting power?

If there is no response and no fans spinning and you do not have any testing tools then all you can do is try replacing it with a known good power supply. Prebuilt computers tend to save money by using low end components, especially power supplies.

It is possible the case switch failed but that would be extremely rare. You would need to trace this switch to the motherboard and then use a screw driver or similar tool to short out the two pins on the motherboard to see if that starts things up.

My pc and monitor are connected to power bar, and monitor is working but pc not,i tried plugging it directly to wall in different room but nothing,i also tried to turn on pc through motherboard like u said, but pc still didn't start so it's not case button fault ,but anyways i got warranty 2 years on this pc but I'm just looking is it fixable without changing any parts ,like it was really random and unexpected,I did not expect this to happen.
