PC Working but GFX card not in Device Manager

My old pc works but when i try and open games it just closes or has an error. The GFX card is a Radeon hd 4650 and i'm using DVI. When i go and install drivers with device manager it doesn't show my GFX card and when I go to amd site and install drivers the catalyst fails.

What driver? Have seen problems in 14.4, 14.6 and the 14.7 beta, might try the 13.2
