Question PC works for a few minutes then crashes, CPU and DRAM LEDs light up

Subject explains it pretty well i think.

My brand new PC boots into Windows fine and all, but will crash at a random interval with no output or warning from the PC at all, besides the CPU and DRAM LEDs lighting up and blinking as the only indication of any issue.

Any ideas would be helpful! Thanks

Gigabyte Aorus Elite Gaming B450
ASUS RX 570
XPG spectrix d60g 2x8 3200mhz
Cooler Master MWE White 650W
Gigabyte SSD
WD Green HDD
Case is a Cougar MX330

EDIT: I also want to add that this random crashing does not occur when idling on the BIOS setup. Only in Windows

The bios is fully updated, yes

Are you monitoring temperatures before it crashes?
What does the computer do when it crashes, blue screens, freezes or goes black?
