I buyed a new cpu to make an upgarde from pentum e2200 to core 2 quad q9300, i installed the new cpu but when pc starts the video card ventilator starts spinning at maximum speed, the led from the front of the case don't turn on and the monitor enter in sleep mode.
What's the problem and what can i do (my mother board is biostar p4m900-m7 fe.
I tried to remove the cmos battery or hold the power buttor for 1 minute but nothing works...
