so i was just browsing youtube and all of a sudden my pc freeze and it need restart i could not do nothing else only restart so why that happended?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list them like so:

include the age of your PSU as well as it's make and model and not just the wattage. Can you get into BIOS and remain there indefinitely? While here, can you check and see what BIOS version you're currently on?

thats all i know and i'm scared to get on the bios because last time i went into the bios a broke my pc so yea don't wanna do it again
