£400 is not do-able. With compromise on RAM, HDD, and PSU we can get close.

Here we go:

CPU: AMD FX4100: £89.39 (£10 cashback available)

Mobo: Asus M5A78L/USB3: £56.69

Must have BIOS version 0403 for FX cpu to work without BIOS update

RAM: 4gb Patriot - single channel: £13.84

Thanks for feedback i saw a Pc which is on sale for £381 british pounds on ebay, which the company states it's normal retail price is over £540,I expect partially down to flooding in asia so they're keen to get computers out whilst able.Ill probably be buying it which has the spec i mentioned for £381, is the separate included Ati RADEON 6670 graphics card good for the money and should I go up to 550 to 600 wats for the psu and what brands ,Im sure I could get an okay deal for a bit more money.

Are they any good,okay,500 wat psu for under £35 im asking because a computer on ebay has allright spec but bad psu i might be able to get a deal on the ones i mentioned previously but if not, what psu would be good enough and wouldnt burn out,i dont do editing or mixing or any advanced stuff at the moment so their shouldnt be much strain on the psu
