pc100 and pc 133 together?

I have an asus a7v with one strip of 256mb pc 133 ram on it, and i also have sitting here a 36mb pc 100 ram that i had to take out of my other computer to up grade it, i am wondering if it will work beside the pc133 will it slow down the other bank of ram or will it just run at its own seperate speed?

Both slots will run at the same speed as the slower one (the 32). Is the slower speed worth the extra 32MB? No!
