If your mobo does not support PC1066 you should get the PC800-40 / PC800A. now found on pricewatch.

PC1066 can be found on pricewatch too if you search for PC1066 but be warned that if your mobo does not support PC1066 you might run into problems.

You are limited to what your mind can perceive.

What is the difference between PC800-40, PC800, and PC1066?

Does MUSHKIN make dependable ram or should I buy KINGMAX which has the same type of ram but is twice as large and has three times the price?

Mushkin used to be the overclocking RAM of choice. With increased prices and more competition they've fallen out of favor. I'd still trust them, though.
