is pc150 SDRAM worth the extra 10 or so bucks? wot i mean is, will it offer the most over all flexibility? does the fact that it uses t-bga chips mean much? i'll be running this on a asus a7v/duron700 base.

PC-150 means you can overclock your FSB a little more, but if your pci devices can't handle it, then it's pointless to buy it. I can run my FSB up to around 141mhz CAS-2, then my network card/old hard drive do funky things.

If you can afford it, snag it and start overclocking.

Yes, true, only if you're going to be overclocking that high will it be of any extra use!

unfortunately, you have the asus a7v, great board but the chipset (kt133) can't handle a very high fsb, so the pc150 ram won't be of any use.

I would only buy that ram if you had a kt133a chipset, like on the asus a7v133 or abit kt7a.

I wish I had a signature.
