PC2100 PC2400 or PC2700

Which of these 3 ram types is better? Which is better for overclocking and are all KT266a motherboards compatible with all of these? I really have no knowledge of Ram so please help me and what about RDRAM? How does it compare? oh and one more question, are any new Athlon motherboards coming out with DDR333 Ram or RDRAM and will it make a difference if they ever do... Well im done... have fun anwsering
