Hey guys so Im buying a new ram stick and was wondering if pc3 matters Cause the one i have in my computer right now is PC3 14200 and the one Im gonna buy is PC3 14900 Will this cause Any problems
There Are both DDR3

The critical factor is whether your motherboard supports that particular RAM - even if it is made by the same company as one you already have, it does not guarantee it will be supported. If you can find the part number of that particular RAM, and know exactly which motherboard you have, you can look on line for the manufacturer's webpage which should tell you whether your mobo supports that RAM.

However, if you are getting a very good deal on your new ram sticks I see no reason why they wouldnt work and they shouldnt cause any problems.
