DDR3L is low voltage version of DDR3.
Yes, they can work together, but this is not guarantied. It's possible, you may encounter some compatibility issues.

So are there any differences between PC3L & PC3 ram other than voltage ??

So if i buy one of this sticks, which one should i choose for my mobo ??? PC3L or PC3 ???

They will perform at slowest speed.
Motherboard supports DDR3 1066/1333. You currently have DDR3 1333mhz modules. Modules in your photos are 1600mhz DDR3 and DDR3L.
All together they should work at 1333mhz (they might not work together at all though).

1333 MHz is fine.
So if i buy one of this sticks, which one should i choose for my mobo ??? PC3L or PC3 ???
