PC5200 PC 6400... can someone explain?

I've been looking into rams for the new pc Im building (first time builder with a PC running pc133 ram lol). Can someone explain me the PC5300 PC6400 labeling of ram? I get the DDR2 800 or DDR2 667... but how does PC4200, PC5300 or PC6400 affect me? (getting M2N-E AM2 mobo).

Just a quick post for the solution to this question, check the link below which has a table explaining the Module name (eg. PC-5300 or PC-6400) and the Std. Ram name (eg. DDR2-667 or DDR2-800)
