anyone know what this is?

I always get this exe refusing to shutdown.

Google doesnt have any information on it which is very unusual.
Use the Start menu search option to find out where it's located.
Does the folder name or location give you any clue?

Sorry it's actually PCANUSER.exe

I've googled it, and I see theres a lot of posts on PCANUSER but there seems not to be a solution to this problem...

Can you explain why it's a problem? Are you using a Linksys Wireless Router?
