PCH running really hot

Hello! I have a really decent PC but i has one problem: really hot PCH even Idle mode. I have 3 FANS which is working atleast 1300 RPM! Please, help!

Chieftec A-135 Series 650W
1x SSD HyperX 240GB
1x HDD WD Black 1TB
8GB RAM
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
MSI GTX 1060 GAMING X 3G
ASUS ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING (motherboard)
 
Solution
The image link you posted does not work. If you have good ventilation in your case, you should not have any problems with the PCH overheating, it just does not use very much power. What are you using to measure temperatures?
