PCI bus 3, device 1, function 3 dell inspiron

I have recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate on my Dell Inspiron 9400 which was originally loaded with Windows Vista. When I access Device Manager two of the dreaded yellow question marks appear. I am having problems finding the correct drivers and get a message which says " PCI Bus 3 Device 1 Function 3 The drivers for this device are not installed".
Can you help me please for the correct drivers.

You are supposed to check that the PC manufacturer supports Windows 7 on that model before installing it, and according to this drivers page they do not: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/product/inspiron-9400

However, many Windows Vista drivers will work on Windows 7 so try those.
