Pci cards not lining up

My pci slots and cards are lined up fine. However when I put the card in properly it isn't fully reaching my case so that I can screw it on scurely. Instead it slides out of the pci slot once it's lined up.

What's going on?
Basically something isn't done right. I am at my wits end with constant issues I'm having

I don't fully understand the issue, could you try explaining it again and or provide photos?

This is got me curious too. Is it possible you are trying to put a low profile card into a full size case?
