I was looking around my device manager for conflicts since my DAW audio has a few clicks and pops lately
All seems ok but I am wondering what these (below) items are, listed as being on the same PCI slot as my Audio Interface
Are they the actual components that make the slot work or are they some unnecessary items which I can disable ?
and since they are not on the same BUS is there no conflict anyway ?
and does my audio interface being on BUS 101 have some kind of lower priority than other devices ?
Sorry if these are stupid questions I am not very tech savvy lol
Many thanks
Audio interface - PCI Slot 6 (PCI bus 101, device 0, function 0)
PCI express downstream Switch Port - PCI Slot 6 (PCI bus 5, device 3, function 0)
PCI express downstream Switch Port - PCI Slot 6 (PCI bus 5, device 1, function 0)
Intel(R) Xeon(R) processor P family/Core i7 PCI Express Root Port 1A - 2030 - PCI Slot 6 (PCI bus 100, device 0, function 0)
