Question PCI Device Driver Missing

Hey guys!
So basically there are 2 PCI Devices missing in my device manager.
1 Is the usb-c nvidia driver which I haven't installed so that's fine.
The other 1 I searched using the hardware ID(PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_14DE&CC_1300) and it pops up as AMD Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller.
I searched online and can't find a trustworthy site to download it.
Do I need that driver?

Install motherboard chipset drivers.
Download from motherboard manufacturer support web site
(or laptop support web site, if it's a laptop).

I did and I re-installed them as well yesterday and it still didn't get fixed.
What is the driver missing for exactly ?

Can you list model name of your motherboard?
Or model name of laptop, if that's a laptop?

You haven't given any info about your hardware.

Oh yeah sorry.
I have the B650-AORUS-ELITE-AX with ryzen 5 7600x and 32gb of ddr5 6000mhz ram

Fixed it by re-formating.

I am having exactly the same issue on exactly the same hardware except the RAM speed - mine is 5600mhz - what did you format in order to fix this? I would rather not have to format the system drive if I can avoid it

Never mind - installing the chipset driver fixed it for me

Yeah I tried installing the chipset driver and it didn't work.
After the re-format installing the chipset driver was what fixed it.
